By accessing or using the Sydon platform and services ("Services"), including Sydon Symphony, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 5R Commerce Solutions ("Sydon," "we," "us," or "our").
Sydon provides an AI-powered commerce operating system that includes account monitoring, PPC optimization, profit analytics, inventory forecasting, listing optimization, review intelligence, document intelligence, and related features for e-commerce sellers across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. Our Services are powered by artificial intelligence, including Claude by Anthropic.
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Services; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services; or (e) use the Services to compete directly with Sydon.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We connect to third-party platforms (Amazon SP-API, Shopify, etc.) on your behalf and process data to deliver our AI-powered features.
Our Services include AI-generated insights, recommendations, and automated actions. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free. You acknowledge that Sydon's AI agents act within parameters you define, and you retain ultimate responsibility for business decisions made using our platform. Sydon is not liable for losses resulting from AI-generated recommendations.
Certain features of the Services may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of subscription. Beta users may receive promotional pricing as specified in their onboarding agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in writing.
All intellectual property in the Services, including software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by 5R Commerce Solutions. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYDON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
