The CUBE 2026 Grand Finale is held on Saturday 10 October 2026. There is no slideware. Pods walk judges through the live system they built and then defend it.

The system runs in front of the judges: the real workflows, the real dependency graph between five agents, the real behaviour. Not a recording, and not a story about what it would do given more time.

Defend your system

The defence is the part that decides it. Be ready to explain:

• Architecture: how the five agents fit together and why that shape
• Decisions: what you chose, and what you chose against
• Failures: what broke, and what you learned from it
• Trade-offs: what you gave up, deliberately, and for what
• Performance: how the system behaves under real conditions
• Individual contribution: exactly what you built inside the pod

Judges assess the system and the individual. A strong pod does not carry a passenger through the defence, and a strong individual is not hidden by a weak demo.

What is at stake

A ₹50,000 total cash prize pool, public recognition from Sydon.AI and CodeQuesters, and, for exceptional participants, a genuine career conversation with the Sydon.AI engineering team. Hiring is treated as an outcome of demonstrated ability across the whole programme, not a guarantee, and not decided by the final demo alone.
